[On Play] Choose up to 1 Battle Card with a cost of 4 or less in your opponent's Battle Area and return it to its owner's hand. [When Attacking] If you have 20 or more cards in your Drop, your opponent can't attack using Battle Cards with costs of 3 or less during your opponent's next turn.
